Explosion-proof dust-free polishing workbench completely adopts unique humanised design
The dust collector is integrated with the workbench, modular assembly, built-in explosion-proof system, dust removal system, fan sound insulation system, no need for piping connection, clean air can be discharged indoors in a circular manner to reduce energy consumption.
This type of workbench can effectively capture fine suspended dust without affecting the movement and vision of workers. Ideal for small to medium sized fine machining and polishing of various irregular parts.

1. Built-in dust removal system, the cleaned air can be circulated and discharged indoors to reduce air pollution.
2. Effectively captures suspended dust without interfering with workers' vision, making it an ideal choice for medium and small precision processing. It can be connected with a special smoke purifier and a central smoke system.
3. Set up a deflector at the air inlet to prevent smoke and dust from directly impacting the filter element and extend its service life.
4. The fan adopts a high-efficiency centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and smooth operation.
5. Integrate the workbench and dust removal function into one, and remove dust directly at the source of dust generation.
6. It has a compact structure and small floor space, and can operate in two or multiple stations at the same time.
7. The filter cartridge has long service life, stable performance and easy replacement.
8. Equipped with a new low-noise fan, the air suction volume remains unchanged but the noise is lower.
