Product Usage
1. Determine the anchor bolt hole position according to design requirements and drill holes using drilling tools.
2. Blow out the rock powder inside the hole with compressed air.
3. Install an anchor plate on the rod and use an impact drill to drive the anchor rod into the hole.
Recommended calculation method for drilling hole diameter of pipe joint anchor rod:
In rock layers: borehole diameter=(0.9-0.95) x anchor rod diameter
Anchor rod drilling depth: Anchor rod length+100mm, drilling deviation rate < 1%
In coal seams: borehole diameter=(0.9-1.00) x anchor rod diameter
Anchor rod drilling depth: Anchor rod length+200mm, drilling deviation rate < 1.5%
