    Please provide STP/STL//3MF or other formats suitable for 3D printers. If needed, our customer manager is happy to assist with file format conversions.
    Before submitting, we recommend verifying the details and dimensions of your model with our customer service team to ensure all necessary adjustments are made.


    File Verification 
    Different software may have varying compatibility, and converting formats or using different programs can lead to discrepancies in details, especially with threaded parts.
    To avoid any issues, we encourage you to carefully verify all details with our customer service team before placing your order.


    Split Printing 
    Please note that products in a single STL file cannot be split into separate parts by default. If your STL file contains multiple products or requires assembly, kindly split the file into multiple parts beforehand for smoother printing.

    Assembly  
    When designing assembly parts, please ensure there is sufficient clearance. Different processes and materials may result in dimensional variations, so we recommend incorporating enough clearance in your design and using assembly parts made from the same material.
