D-type multi-stage pump is a simple series connection of many single-stage pumps, combined together. His output water pressure can be very high. The maintenance of a D-type multi-stage pump is relatively complex, but as long as a daily management mechanism is established, regular inspections are carried out, and maintenance of the D-type multi-stage pump is not difficult. Below are a few common issues that need to be briefly introduced.
(1) Insufficient traffic?
Reason for occurrence: Insufficient flow is mainly caused by leakage of suction pipes and bottom valves; Water inlet blockage; Insufficient water inlet depth of the bottom valve; The speed of the water pump is too low; Excessive wear of the sealing ring or impeller; Excessive water absorption height, etc.
Solution: Check the suction pipe and bottom valve, block the gas leakage source; Clean up the silt or blockages at the inlet; The inlet depth of the bottom valve must be greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the inlet pipe, and the inlet depth of the bottom valve should be increased; Check the power supply voltage,
Increase the speed of the water pump and replace the sealing ring or impeller; Lower the installation position of the water pump or replace the high head water pump.
(2) Excessive power consumption?
