FAQ-Common faults of sewage pumps
1. Failure to drain water after startup?
This may be due to incorrect motor direction, air leakage, air blockage, clogged inlet, or damaged impeller. The handling methods include changing the motor direction, eliminating the leaking part, opening the exhaust hole to discharge air, cleaning the water inlet, checking the drainage valve or clearing the blockage, replacing or installing the impeller.

2. Abnormal vibration?
It may be due to damage to the shaft or impeller, loose rotating parts, or bearing problems. The handling methods include correcting or replacing the shaft, tightening or replacing rotating parts, inspecting bearings, and tightening the foundation screws.

3. Decrease in flow rate or head?
This may be due to pump reversal, high delivery head, suction medium bypassing, leakage or blockage in the outlet pipe. The solution includes changing the phase sequence of the power cord to rotate forward, checking and adjusting the water outlet pipe, identifying and repairing leakage points, cleaning or replacing pipelines and pump parts.

4. No flow after startup?
