
Multilayer PEX-AL-PEX/PERT-AL-PERT Plastic Aluminum Pipe Production Line
Below plastic pipe production line is used to produce overlap welding type PEX-AL-PEX/PERT-AL-PERT pipes, with diameter range 16-32mm.
Produced pipe structure is 5 layer, PEX/PERT plastic layer-Adhesive layer-Middle Aluminum layer-Adhesive layer-Outer PEX/PERT plastic layer.

Pipe Making Process:
Aluminum pipe making (round shape forming)→ Inner Plastic and Adhesive layer Co-Extrusion→Al pipe Welding→Outer Adhesive and plastic Layer co-extrusion→Cooling tank → Haul-off machine→Cutting Machine→Winding machine

1) This high efficient extruder is special designed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. The necessary technologies of high speed & stable production of composite pipes have been privatized in the die head mold, calibrating& cooling system, Haul-off system and cutting system.
2) The Aluminum pipe is formed by ultrasonic overlap welding. It uses high quality and well-known brand welder, with even welding seam and good quality.
3) The technology has been further developed based on original production machine technology. The Aluminum pipe forming molds and co-extrusion die head molds have been optimized and manufactured by imported high precise CNC machine, which have greatly increased the pipe forming accuracy and production speed.
4) Haul-off machine is controlled by ABB frequency inverter; sync controlled on the main PLC system;
The coiler is used servo motor driven type traversing device, sperate controlled by SIEMENS PLC. Big inner coil diamater up to 800mm, prevent bend problem while coiling 32mm diameter pipe.
5) It adopts original imported new generation PLC control system with full color screen, which ensures the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole production line.
