   Dripper Sorter

• Big diameter sorting disc, to ensure sufficient dripper feeding, at least 500pcs/min;  
• Rotation discs are made high quality stainless steel 2Cr13, which has great feature of high hardness, good wear resistance, and strength
•  and rotation speed controlled by Rexroth frequency inverter and SIEMENS PLC system
• Auto dripper feeding; with anti-jumping out device
• Dripper lack alarm and inspection system; using PANASONIC brand sensor, famous brand top quality.
• Dripper Inserting Device
• Driven by servo motor, with servo controller; Conveying speed is sync control by PLC with line speed
• Dripper space is directly set on main PLC, with precise dripper space
• Machine Platform surface is covered with stailess steel sheet, protecting the machine been damaged.

• High Effiency Extruder
• Main extruder using big L/D ratio screw with special design structure, to have a better plasticizing effect.
• Driven motor using permanent magnet cynchronous motor, with great feature of energy saving.

• ABB/Rexroth brand frequency converter; world famous brand for low voltage electric elements like AC contactor, circuit breaker etc;  
• Using plug type cable connection, very easy and convenient to install

      Extrusion Die Head

• Special cross type die head for drip irrigation pipe making; made by high quality mould steel 40Cr, processed by imported CNC machine with high precision degree
• Tip and Die moulds surface are chrome-painted, to reducing flow resistance, easy to clean and rust resistance
• Adding mould for 16-32mm HDPE pipe making; Dual function to raise the efficiency of comprehensive usage.

• Vacuum Tank and cooling Tank
• Special designed calibrators for drip pipe making; And muti-sheet high speed calibrator for HDPE pipe making
• Auto vacuum control system, ensuring stable vacuum degree and produced pipe OD;
• Cooling water system is designed as central type, very simply to install;
• All material touched water is high quality stainless steel, even the support frame. It look same after painting, but it really different in detail.

• Haul-off Machine
• Driven by servo motor, with fast speed reaction, and better stability, especially for high speed pipe production
• Haul-off speed is sync controlled with extruder speed, and controlled by SIEMENS PLC system
• Longer belt clamping, reducing ovality problem of thin wall drip pipe
• SICK brand encoder for length metering
• Dripper Hole Punching Machine
• Driven by servo motor, with high responding speed
• New dripper position identifying system, to ensure punching signal and punching action perfect mated, to ensure the punching hole position accuracy
• Separate control system with touch screen, to tiny and precise set punching hole position
• Standard 2 holes punching, or 4 holes punching can be chosen.

      Pipe Coiler

• Servo type traversing device driven by SIEMENS servo motor;
• Auto winding speed adjusting with a dancer, to perfectly match with the line speed
• Auto reel stop and pipe end clamping to prevent finished coil loosen  
• PLC control system with SIEMENS colorful touch operation screen, to set winded pipe diameter, pitch, coil length , start or stop etc; and press buttons are also equipped for convenient operation.
