Our Lumei is only using high quality raw materials. The elements are based on profiles and high quality fittings. The profiles are of a special tropical formulation with a high concentration of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2), which prevent decolourisation due to UV radiation. The Glass is high quality thermal glass. Gaskets are of Neoprene (EPDM) a thermally stable elastomer, totally resistant to UV radiation and the tropical climate in the Middle East.

With rain-proof plates, grooves, and poles water drainage, doors and windows can isolate rain outdoors completely.
It is in accordance with the regulations of DIDDN18055.
(2)Aging Resisting about extruded PVC plastic profile
Adopting imported improver, and with ultraviolet-radiation-proof absorbent, plastic doors and windows remain the same color and without aging under burning sun, heavy rain, dryness, and wetness from minus 30 degrees to 70 degrees.
(3)Fire Proof Property about extruded PVC plastic profile
The plastic does not self-ignite, does not support combustion, and can self-extinguish.
(4)Air-tightness
There are sealed strips on the gaps of joints, which can save energy.

The PVC profiles will not be influenced by dust, cement, agglutinant, etc. They can be cleaned by any cleaning agent.

Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer of uPVC profiles and uPVC&Aluminum windows and doors.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Producing and packaging a 20GP container of uPVC profiles takes 5 - 10 days.
For a 40HQ container of uPVC profiles, it takes about 10-14 days to produce and package.
For windows and doors, the delivery time depends on the design drawings and quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free, it freight will charge about 50 USD.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: MOQ for uPVC profiles is 10 tons; While for windows and doors is 30 square meters.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A: We accept T/T or L/C at sight.
We start to produce when we receive the 30% deposit, and the 70% balance shall be paid before shipping.
Q: Can I put the logo or company name on the products of plastic extrusion profiles or windows and doors?
A: Yes, we provide OEM service. We will follow your request to produce your brand protective films or stickers.
