VMC500L Vertical Machining Center:
1. Production introduce and use
The vertical machining center is X, Y, Z three-axis servo control half closed loop, structure and the overall size is compact and reasonable, the spindle adopts servo motor driven. Can be achieved for a variety of a complex parts such as disc, plate, shell,cam, mould, once clamping complete drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, tapping and other process, are suitable for many varieties,medium or small batch production, for complex, high precision parts processing can show its superiority.
2.Structure feature
The main foundation parts such as pedestal, sliding seat, table, column, spindle box with high rigid iron structure, reinforcement is distributed internal of the base, sliding seat is box type structure. Ensure the basic pieces of high rigidity and resistance bending vibration performance; The main foundation parts with resin sand molding and after aging treatment, ensure the stability of the precision machine tool use for a long time.
2)The X, Y, Z guideway are all linear guideway, automatic forced lubrication, to achieve the high speed movement of the machine tool;
3)Feeding of X, Y, Z directions adopts ball screw with high accuracy high strength, the speed is high;The drive motor is directly connected with the ball screw through the elastic coupling , feeding servo motor directly transmission of power to the high-precision ball screw, have no back gap, to ensure the positioning accuracy and synchronization of the machine tool;
