Coffee Filling:
- The machine dispenses the pre-measured amount of ground coffee into each inner bag.
- Ensure accurate measurement and filling to maintain product consistency.
Ultrasonic Sealing of Inner Bag:
- The top of each inner bag is sealed using ultrasonic sealing technology.
- This ensures a secure and airtight seal to preserve the freshness of the coffee.
Outer Bag Placement:
- The filled and sealed inner bags are automatically transferred to the outer bag placement section.
- The outer bag material is fed and positioned to receive the inner bag.
Outer Bag Sealing:
- The top of the outer bag is sealed to encase the inner bag. The sealing mechanism may involve heat sealing
Cutting and Finishing:
- The machine cuts the connected inner and outer bag to separate individual coffee servings.
- The finished product is now ready for packaging or further processing.
Quality Control:
- Regularly monitor the machine's operation to ensure that it is producing consistently sealed and filled bags.
- Conduct periodic checks on the weight and quality of the coffee in each bag.
Packaging and Labeling:
- If required, the bags can be further packaged into larger quantities or boxes.
- Apply labels or printing as needed for branding and product information.

Installation/Training
If really don't know how to install and operate after showing the video and telephone instruction, you can ask for installation from us. It must be after shipment till the machine has arrived and factory must be ready equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a training course will be provided to our customers about operation and maintenance procedure. The following costs should be paid by the buyer, including engineer's all local transportation, accommodation, and air tickets (round trip)
