Racking:
Support Beams: We use reinforced support beams (2mm thick) that are securely fastened to

Galvanized Guide Rails: High-strength galvanized guide rails with a thickness of up to 3.0mm
are employed to maximize longevity and enhance wear resistance.
Single and Double Arms: Specially designed single and double Arms are welded to the central
beams,ensuring excellent fixation of the guide rails and maintaining the overall structural stability.
Horizontal Bracing: Circular pipes with a thickness of 1.5mm are cross-installed on adjacent
support beams to minimize any swaying due to shuttle car movements, guaranteeing the overall
stability of the racking.
End Caps: Thickened end caps (3mm thick) effectively prevent the shuttle cars from driving out
of the guide rails, reducing the risk of damage to the shuttle cars.
Frame Protectors and Guardrails: Thick, high-quality steel materials are used to prevent
collisions between forklifts and the racking, providing better protection for the racking.
Guide Boards: These guide and correct the position of goods when the shuttle cars are carrying
them, preventing any misalignment.
Forklift Limiters: Prevent forklifts from entering the interior of the racking, thus safeguarding the
racking's stability.
Adjustable Base Feet: Installed at the base of the columns, adjustable screws are used to
ensure the levelness between the columns and the ground, calibrating the horizontal alignment
of the guide rails and ensuring smooth operation of the shuttle cars.
Shuttle:
Sensors: Ensure the safe distance between shuttle cars and obstacles to guarantee the safe
use of the shuttle cars.
Lifting Structure: Equipped with rubber padding to reduce wear and impact when loading
and unloading goods.
Travel Wheels: Made from high-tech polyurethane material to minimize wear on the wheels
and tracks, thus extending the wheel's lifespan.
Buzzer: Issues sound and light alarms in case of anomalies, ensuring the safety of theracking,
shuttle cars, and operators.
Emergency Button: Allows immediate suspension in case of emergencies, reducing potential
damage to the shuttle cars and racking.
Rubber Bumper Blocks: Protect the shuttle cars, reduce wear and absorb impact on the
