Axis: Crafted from cold drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1), ST37 (DIN17100), and E24 (AFNOR NFA35501), our steel bar undergoes precise grinding to achieve diameters of 20.2, 25.2, 20.2, and 40.2 with ISO h11 accuracy.
Cylinder: Manufactured in accordance with the DIN2394 standard, the material used is ST37, aligning perfectly with the DIN17100 standard for unparalleled quality.
Bearing Pedestal: Our cold stamping process adheres to ISOM7 precision standards, while the cold rolling and calibration ensure that the deep stamping steel meets the rigorous DIN1623-1624 standards.
Inner Sealing Ring: Engineered with lip seal material nylon6 (ISO PA6), guaranteeing robust and reliable performance.
Bearing: Utilizing deep groove ball bearings with clearance class C3, from the DIN 62 and 63 series, for optimal functionality and longevity.
Labyrinth Seal:Designed with a 3-groove type made from ISO PA6 (nylon 6), providing exceptional sealing capabilities.
Cover: Fabricated from deep drawing steel EU10111-DD13, which has undergone rigorous cold impact testing to ensure durability.
Out Seal Ring: Features a rubber sliding V-ring made of NBR nitrile rubber, known for its wear resistance, low friction, and ozone resistance, ensuring extended service life.

Lubricating Grease: Our long-term lubrication is achieved using waterproof and dustproof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium base grease, ensuring optimal performance even in challenging conditions.
