1. Extruder Introduction
Lead coating is one of the best materials to improve the service life of high voltage cables
The continuous extruder is mainly used to cover wire and cable with lead or to cover rubber pipes with lead vulcanization.
In this unit, the lead material is transported from bottom to top by means of vertical rotation of the screw to achieve continuous extrusion, so that the thickness of the lead layer can guarantee the uniformity in the longitudinal direction of the lead pipe. Because the temperature of each part can be controlled strictly, the extrusion pressure and temperature can be kept constant, so as to ensure that the error value of lead thickness can be controlled in the minimum range.
Because the furnace, purification and heat preservation furnace and lead liquid transportation all adopt sealing system, the lead vapor diffusion is greatly reduced, and the environment pollution is basically eliminated.
This equipment is easy to operate and easy to master.The equipment also has the advantages of light weight, small area, low operating intensity.
2. Main Features
2.1 The outer diameter of the lead layer can be between 40 and 160mm, which can be achieved through two sets of extrusion modules, one with a diameter of 20 to 40mm and the other 40 to 11mm.The user can choose any of them.
2.2 Screw feed lead, can achieve continuous extrusion, lead layer thickness to maintain a constant, longitudinal uniform.
2.3 In addition, the unique design of strictly controlling the temperature of each section keeps the temperature and extrusion pressure constant. Therefore, the thickness of the lead layer can be controlled within the minimum tolerance.
2.4 The consumption of lead is 10% lower than that of an intermittent lead press.
2.5 Environmental protection humanized design: because the furnace, purification and heat preservation furnace and lead liquid transportation all adopt sealing system, greatly reduce the lead vapor diffusion, basically eliminate the environmental pollution.
2.6 The machine needs small area, easy to operate, low labor intensity, because the machine only needs two operators.
