Automatic Glass Bottle Carbonated Soft Drink Filling Machine
It is special for glass bottled carbonated beverage filling, combined with rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of carbonated beverage technology, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology abroad. Main features:
Rinser Part:
This machine adopts rotary washing method, mainly used for water new bottle rinsing purpose, and then sent the bottles to filling part.
Glass bottles enter the machine by distributing bottle star wheel, and making the bottle mouth adown with clamp pincers and overturning device by grip the bottles mouth. After sanitary water rinse and drain, automatically turn to the bottle up, bottle after a star wheel conveyor to the filling machine. Mainly parts of equipment structure, washing media material, external protect frame are high-quality stainless steel, open-gear transmission.
Filler Part:
Filling valve adopts isobar mechanism valve, filling fast and high accuracy of filling liquid level.
Adopt double guide rod bottle lift structure, to make the lift and centering stable.
The main drive adopts gear drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, sufficient lubrication, grease can lubricate centralizing automatically, adopts transducer to the speed of main motor to control, the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion timing.
Simple structure, blocks bottleneck structure, and can make changes according to bottle type.

Capper Part:
This part is mainly use the cap that ordering in cap elevator and capping on the finished fill bottle, and then deliver to the followed procedure.
Capping machine through reducer drive back to the wheel rotation, make the cap under the action of the centrifugal force away from the hopper. It has up or down cap separating device at the exit, when the wrong side cap passes, it will automatically fall into the return pipe and blown into the hopper by wind power. Only right cap can be successfully come into the slide, the cap amount in hopper automatic detection by optical switch to control the cap transmission machine, to ensure the best results under the cap.

Carbonating Mixer Machine:
The machine has introduce into external cooling mixer from Japanese MITSUBISHI company, with international advanced level of late 1990s, main characteristic is imported 304 stainless steel jointing, polish roughness up to standard 0.4, CIP rinsing automatic control, sanitary conditions reliable and up to standard, the machine with high automation, no need for operator action after startup.
Warming Tunnel:
The machine is single layer and single channel tunnel type warming machine, designed for bottled or canned cold fill beverages, main carbonated soft drinks such as: cola, gassed water etc. Bottles after cold filling, filling temperature around 2-4ºC, there is a big temperature difference from room temperature (25-35ºC); there will make dew around bottle body. Warming Tunnel is to warm bottles to room temperature. That will be helpful and necessary for labeling step and packing step.
