Spanning a total area of 11,000m², our facility boasts a specialized production area of 3,000m², reflecting our commitment to excellence and capacity.
With an impressive capacity projected to reach 1,000,000 sets, our product suite includes a wide array of essential items such as gas & liquid capsules, cartridges, syringe filters, disc filters, integrity testers, filter housings, and exclusive pharmaceutical equipment.

Sterilization Capabilities: Capsule:Our pre-sterilized capsules undergo gamma irradiation before delivery, ensuring top-tier sterility.
The autoclaving version is delivered non-sterile but is fully autoclavable, offering flexibility and convenience.
Cartridge Sterilization:
Our cartridges withstand 30 cycles at 134ºC for 30 minutes, suitable for SIP or autoclaving.
They maintain a maximum positive pressure difference of ≤0.35 bar for robust performance.
Biological Information
Endotoxin levels are rigorously controlled to <0.25EU/ml, ensuring safety and purity.
Biocompatibility is guaranteed, meeting stringent compliance with USP<87><88> standards.
