Our expansive facility boasts a total area of 11,000m², with a dedicated 3,000m² production area.
Anticipating a robust capacity of 1,000,000 sets, our product line features a diverse array, including gas & liquid capsules, cartridges, syringes, discs, integrity testers, filter housings, and specialized pharmaceutical equipment.

Sterilization Methods for Capsules:Pre-sterilized: Gamma irradiated, ensuring safety and sterility prior to delivery.
Autoclaving Version: Delivered non-sterile and designed to be autoclavable for user convenience.
Cartridge Sterilization Process:
Engineered to withstand 30 autoclaving cycles at 134ºC for 30 minutes, suitable for SIP operations.
Maximum Positive Pressure Difference: Safely rated at ≤0.35 bar
Biological Information
Endotoxin levels are meticulously controlled at <0.25EU/ml, ensuring the highest standards of safety.
Biocompatibility: Fully complies with USP<87><88> standards.
