Cross Wedge rolling mill is a highly efficient production processing technology of shaft forging, particularly suitable for rolling with the various steps shaft which is almost close to the final product shape required by customer, highly material utilization; which could allows blank to get an accurate distribution when used to mold forging billet, D46 series cross wedge rolling mill characteristics, compact conformation, nice appearance, small occupation area. Cross wedge rolling machine: it has four work modes: adjusting, single, continious and auto. The upper roller can move up and down to adjust the distance between the rollers. The lower roller can rotate and adjust the phase postion with the phase position system in the gear box. The overload protection device inside can protect the machine. What's more, it is easy to install and repair for the tools with the openable guide plate mechanism.
