CENTRIFUGAL CABINET FAN
Extract or intake of large airflow with high pressure for shopping centres, hospitals, airports,
public places.
MTX-CQF series noise isolated cabinet fan with double inlet backward wheel.
Composed of fan on antivibration mounting,motor, belts and pulley upon required
working point.
These fans are produced for customers special requests.If the customer has other requirements
for pressure and air volume what is not included in the following list, please contact our
technicians to design and select the appropriate fan.
- Can be produced between Ø680 mm - Ø4500mm with requested diameter and variable blade angels.
- Air Volume is up to 300000m³/h
- Static Pressure is up to 909Pa.
FAN CASING
The casing is formed from the galvanized sheet to stainless steel SS316 or 304 with integral supports.
The grey/red/white/orange paint finish is applied after production, optional hot dip galvanization,
furnace paint or epoxy paint is available. On fan casing there is Aerodynmical round Inlet.
The surface of the fan shall be polished to remove any protuberances, welding spatters, burrs, sharp edges,
scrap iron and greasy dirt before being finished with electrostatic epoxy coatings.
IMPELLER
Impellers are produced from galvanized sheet,stainless steel.
Static and dynamic vibration defects recovered after production according to appropriate ISO norm.
DRIVEN TYPE
Direct driven,belt driven.

Attenuators,flexible connecter,air shutter,spring isolators
