Industrial HVLS Ceiling Fan for Warehouse and Factory
The main products of this series include evaporative air conditioners, roof fans, wall fans, and natural ventilators.
Motexo developed the AHS series fans for building air treatment. They are especially effective in ventilating and cooling factories, workshops, and warehouses. We provide and install appropriate air treatment equipment for the buildings of our customers' ventilation projects.
Warehouses: In vast storage facilities, HVLS fans provide consistent air circulation, preventing hot spots and ensuring even cooling throughout the space.
Factories: Manufacturing plants use these fans to improve air quality and worker comfort, indirectly enhancing productivity and reducing labor costs.
Giant Retail Stores: Large retail spaces also benefit from HVLS fans to create a comfortable shopping environment for customers.
Sports Venues: Stadiums and arenas employ HVLS fans to keep spectators cool during events.

The noise should be limited to 38 (A)db. It's widely used in places requiring low noise, such as hotels, schools, hospitals, theaters, factories, buildings, and other industrial buildings, for local or full exhaust. The fans have low noise, high efficiency,
corrosion resistance, are lightweight, operate reliably, are easy to install, and so on.

Working Principle:
Aerodynamic Design: The blades of HVLS fans are designed with precision aerodynamics to optimize air movement at low speeds. This design ensures maximum air circulation with minimum energy input.
Laminar Flow Generation: As the fan operates, it generates a laminar flow of air that moves synchronously, reducing friction and enhancing air quality without causing discomfort to occupants.
Pressure Difference Creation: The fan's rotation creates a subtle pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the space, promoting natural ventilation and air exchange.

Our service process generally involves reception and consultation, sending personnel for on-site inspection, project design and budget, in-depth communication and signing, project installation, effectiveness evaluation, and maintenance.
Large Diameter: HVLS fans typically range from 24 feet (7.3 meters) to 36 feet (10.9 meters) or even more significantly, allowing them to cover a wide area and move considerable air with each rotation.
Low Rotation Speed: Despite their size, these fans rotate slowly, usually between 10 and 50 RPM (Revolutions Per Minute). This low speed reduces noise and wind turbulence, creating a comfortable and uniform cooling effect.
Energy Efficiency: HVLS fans consume less energy than multiple smaller fans operating simultaneously, making them an economical solution for large industrial spaces.
Airflow Pattern: The design of HVLS fans promotes a steady downdraft that gently mixes the air, reducing temperature stratification and creating a consistent environment throughout the space.
Materials: These fans are constructed using durable materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and high-grade plastics to withstand harsh industrial environments.

Stoving varnish looks brighter than water paint( ordinary painting color). It has more than 200 sets of fine,
large and rare processing equipment, and has a high-tech resin sand casting production line.
