What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory specializing in make-to-order solutions. Typically, sample orders take about 15-20 days, while batch orders require approximately 25-30 days. The lead time varies based on order quantities and capacities. If necessary, we can expedite the process to meet urgent deadlines.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate a variety of common trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, etc.
For orders to be processed, we generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% must be settled upon acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Considering that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight for safety and compliance reasons.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all our battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' beforehand.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed to be used separately. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for specifics.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery use under extreme temperatures. Please inquire for more details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled 2000 to 5000 times. If cycled daily at 80% DoD (Depth of Discharge), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No. Our batteries are not rated for marine or weatherproof conditions. Exposure to the sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under the warranty.
