Product Description
Impact crusher is a kind of stone crusher using impact energy. After turn on,the motor drives the rotor rotate at a high speed .When the material get into the blow bar working area,they will be stroke by the blow bar and thrown to the impact devices around the rotor.The material will come out from the discharge hole until they are crushed to the required size. The clearance between the impact rack and the rotor can adjust the size and shape of the end product.

2) Low energy consumption, high yield, high crushing ratio, for general 10-20, high up to 50-60
3) With the shaping function, product is cubic shape, high packing density, adjustable discharge size, simplified crushing process.

5) Feeding port is low and big, easy to arrange production line and increase the feed size.
6) Impact crusher use of new wear-resistant material, so the plate hammer, impact plate and lining board has longer service life.

There is a 30% deposit in T/T advance and a 70% balance before shipment.
Q4. How long is the warranty? Does your company supply the spare parts?

Q5. If I need the complete crushing plant can you help us to build it?
We can help you set up a complete production line and provide related professional advice. We have already built many mining projects in China & Overseas.
Q6. Installation?
If the buyer asks the seller to send the technicians to guard to install the machines on the site, the buyer should take all the charges for the technicians and pay the salary.
