Holes are made during production at continuous line,some additional notes are showing as follows:
- Holes can be made in a row or positions as per your design;
- Oval and rectangular holes can be rotated by 90°;
- Please contact us for additional information about the pre-punching possibilities,if you have any special hole punching requirement about hole size and hole shapes.
- Material preparation:Usually our steel material standards of Z purlin is Chinese standards Q195/235/345,we could also make as per your steel standards;
2)Hole pre-punched:If you have hole punching requirement,we could exactly punch the holes as per your requirements;
3)Cutting:Length could be any customized size,but it will be limited by container size,it's max 5.8meters for 20FT container and 11.8meters for 40FT container;
4)Quality inspection:We have QC people in workshop to do quality inspection,to ensure the product quality for customers.

1. Q: Do you have factory?
A: Yes, Pengyue is just our trading company to help exporting.
We have own brother factory (was established in 2003) to supply various Wall/Roof /Ceiling Sandwich panel, Steel Decking Sheet, Purlin, Steel Structure and ensure fast delivery.
2. What is your MOQ ?
A: Normal MOQ is 1*20GP container.
3 Could we get free samples?
A: Yes, Samples is freely prepared but please made freight collected by your side. And this charge will be deducted from total value once you order from us.
4. How can you promise the quality?
A: To supply the high quality product to every customer, our workers are serious in every process, every details. From raw material control, production process to finished product inspection, we also have relevant certifications for our products, such as CE, SGS, Fireproof test report, Raw materials test report ect.
5. What should I do if want to buy your products?

6.What kind of payment ways do you accept?
FOB/CIF/CFR/EXW
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
B:30% TT as deposit and 70% LC at sight
(Support the third party inspection or others inspection )
7. How about your delivery time?
A: 15-20 days after receiving deposit
