Tight nut is a single buckle elastic locking nut that is often used as a secondary nut in a double nut locking structure. Due to its weight being only 30% of that of ordinary nuts, it is suitable for applications in the aerospace field and related occasions. M5mm fastening nut is one of the parts produced by our factory, mainly used in the unlocking joint device of a certain type of component. It is generally matched with concave bolts and hexagonal nuts. The separation surface used to connect brackets, flat tube components, and docking trusses.
The fastening nut is generally not used as the main load-bearing fastener, and its function is to tighten it against the nut to prevent it from loosening. The fastening nut is mainly used as a lock nut. When using, first tighten the connected part with a regular nut, then screw on the locking nut and tighten it by hand to make it contact with the regular nut. Then, use a wrench to tighten the fastening nut by 60 ° to 90 °. When loosening, the hexagon nut must be tightened. To create a gap with the fastening nut, the locking nut can be loosened.
The main process includes: blank forming of unfolded dimensions, bending forming of external and threaded surfaces. The vertical edge of the peripheral hexagon is not a problem to be formed with a mold, while how to form the central spiral surface is the key to part production. The spiral surface at the center is composed of six segments, which creates necessary conditions for the three-dimensional forming of the sheet metal. When the mold is closed, the bonding of the convex and concave molds of the mold causes the six material edges to spiral up around the central axis, completing the formation of a pitch within 360 °. Therefore, the analysis can rely on the forming mold to complete its formation.
