The fully automatic rotary magnetic rod slurry iron remover efficiently removes iron particles from the slurry using a continuously rotating magnetic field. This process ensures high purity and protects downstream equipment from damage.
Features:
(1)Suitable for removing strong magnetic iron impurities from various slurry materials in industries such as ceramics, metallurgy, mining, chemical, food, etc;
(2)Utilizes high-performance magnetic materials, ensuring less than 5% demagnetization over 3 years under normal temperature conditions.
(3)Using a stepped layout for iron removal process, the magnetic rod group rotates in the slurry tank, so there are no dead corners and gaps. It can more effectively remove strong magnetic iron impurities in materials flowing through the slurry tank. And the materials in the slurry tank will not settle during operation;
(4)The iron scraping device adopts a double-sided scraping ring to completely discharge the iron and extend the service life of the scraping ring;
(5)This equipment has the advantages of excellent material selection, reasonable structure, perfect processing technology, stable performance, high efficiency and energy saving, and simple maintenance. The iron removal and cleaning cycle time is adjustable.

Automatic Operation
- The machine operates fully automatically, including the feeding of slurry, rotation of magnetic rods, and cleaning of contaminants. This automation ensures consistent performance and reduces the need for manual intervention.
Rotary Mechanism
- The magnetic rods rotate continuously, ensuring that iron particles are efficiently captured. The rotation helps in exposing new surfaces of the magnetic rods to the slurry, improving the de-ironing efficiency.
Once the magnetic rods are saturated with iron particles, a cleaning mechanism is activated. This mechanism usually involves a scraper or a wiper that removes the collected iron contaminants from the magnetic rods.


Magnetic Separation
- The machine employs a rotary system equipped with magnetic rods. These rods generate a strong magnetic field that attracts and captures ferrous contaminants present in the slurry.
- The slurry containing iron particles is fed into the machine through an inlet. As it flows over the rotating magnetic rods, the magnetic field attracts the iron contaminants from the slurry.
