Packaging & Shipping
Normally it will only take 10 days to ship your goods to Shanghai Port after we receive your deposit.
But it still depends on your chosen engine model and your purchased quantity.
For LCL shipping, we will apply plywood case packing which is durable for ocean transport for customers;
For FCL shipping, we will only use PE film which is lighter and cost-saving for packing inside the container, and will use steel wires to fix the generators location in the container for customers.
Our Services
Kaihua warrants that the gensets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment or 1500 hours, whichever comes first. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, Kaihua, at its option, will:
(1) repair the product by means of telephone support or depot service at no charge for parts or labor,
(2) replace the product with a comparable product which may be new or refurbished

1. What is your MOQ, payment method, delivery time?
Answer: Our MOQ is only 1 set. Payment method usually is 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance T/T before delivering. Or 100% L/C.
Delivery period normally will be 10~15 days after receiving customers' deposit.
2. Which port do you often use when export?
Answer: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Taizhou, Ningbo, Qingdao or as customer request.
3. Is there any spare parts you can provide along with genertors to make the maintenance convenient?
Answer: We can provide regular engine's air filter, water filter, fuel filter, oil filter to customers for self-maintenance.
4. Is it available for customers to get local service for the generators bought from Kaihua Company?
Answer: Kaihua generators with Cummins engines can get local service from buyer's country. You can easily get spare parts and maintenance service.
5. If I want to be your products distributor in our country, what is your distribution policy?
Answer: Kaihua welcomes everybody join us and distribute products worldwide. We can issue authority certificates and sign agreement with you accordingly.
