Transformer temperature indicating controller(BWY (WTYK)-803 )
BWY (WTYK)-803 series temperature indicating controller is designed for measuring and controlling the oil temperature of large transformers above 1000kVA, and is also suitable for temperature detection and control of other equipment.The BWY (WTYK)-803 series temperature indicating controller has good protection performance and can work normally under outdoor conditions. There are three sets of adjustable control switches inside the instrument, which can be used for the start-up and signal alarm of the transformer cooling system respectively. At the same time, the temperature signal can be transmitted remotely to the control center and the transformer oil can be displayed synchronously.

The temperature indicating controller is mainly composed of an elastic element (bellows), a capillary tube and a temperature bulb. The sealing system composed of these three parts is filled with temperature-sensitive liquid. When the measured temperature changes, the volume of the temperature-sensitive liquid in the temperature bulb changes accordingly. The volume increment is transmitted to the elastic element (bellows) in the instrument through the capillary tube, causing a corresponding displacement. This displacement can indicate the measured temperature after being amplified by the mechanism and drive the micro switch, outputting a signal to drive the cooling system to achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature rise of the transformer. The BWY (WTYK)-803 temperature indicating controller adopts composite sensing technology. This is designed according to the requirements of large transformer users to ensure the reliability and safety of the operation of large power transformers above 8000kV. The product is embedded with a Pt100 platinum resistor in the temperature bulb. Through the wiring terminals in the meter, the temperature signal can be transmitted to the XT digital temperature display instrument hundreds of meters away. The instrument adopts full liquid filling and linear dial, which improves the indication accuracy of the first third of the instrument scale and expands the measuring range of the instrument (0~120ºC). The switch can be set arbitrarily within the full range of 0~120ºC. When setting, just turn the button. 3. The temperature package is embedded with platinum resistance and equipped with MT digital display instrument, which can indicate the top oil layer of the transformer from a distance. The highest temperature indicator needle can record the highest temperature ever reached by the measured object.
