We designed more convenient hydraulic system, an evelotional model for blow pin raising, a different deceleration valve and internal cooling system. Our control system adopts the German Siemens PLC and Japan MOOG100points wall thickness control system. The screw of the extrusion system adopts 38Cr steel with higher hardness. ELECTRIC System applied imported SIEMENS and Schneider electronic components which of high quality and long service life. HYDRULIC System applied world fa mous brand proporcional servo control system which have advantage of fast feedback. SINGLE DIEHEAD AND MULTI-CAVITIES DIEHEAD

   All single diehead and multi-cavities diehead have two types of center feeding and side feeding. The flow and pressure of every channel can be adjusted. All the diehead can work with MOOG parison control system to improve the product quality. Suits for containers below 12L with PE/PP/EVA/ABS/BS/TPU/ Nylon material.

1) SIEMENS PLC
   Shows all settled parameter, breakdown information and machine state. It can set, save and call parameters according to the products English and Spanish version are available.
2) MOOG100points wall thickness control system
   MOOG is widely-known leader in Extrusion blow molding area. Typical control device meets special demand of new and upgraded machines. It assembles servo proportional valve and DCDT to detect position in order to control diehead opening precisely.
