The red light device uses combo red 660nm and Infrared 850nm leds which is chosen to give the ideal wavelengths found in the scientific research of the last three decades.
660nm of red light This light can be seen by the humen eyes and targets skin cells
850nm of near infrared light This light cannot be seen by the humen eyes and targets deep tissue

Q1. Do you have MOQ request?
A: No MOQ. Sample order is acceptable.
Q2. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
A: Usually we ship by DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT for sample. And ship by air or by sea for bulk order. Usually the production time would be 3 to 5 days. Large quantity depends on negotiation.

Q6. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Please note that our products are produced in strict quality control system and the detective rate will be less than 0.2%. If any defective products, please provide us pictures or videos. Once our engineer confirm the quality problem, we will send the replacement with next new order.
