Q91 series scrap metal shear machine is also called the guillotine shear or the gantry shear widely used for metal recycling Industry to cut the scrap metal like the copper, the steel, stainless steel and so on. The gantry shear is a kind of heavy duty machine which cuts a large amount of scrap metal efficiently. This process can reduce the cost of the transportation, labor and the space of stock.
The equipment is used for light and thin steel, steel bar, steel plate, nickel plate, round steel, steel pipe, scrap copper, scrap iron, light metal structural parts, stainless steel, metal block, automobile body, aluminium alloy, copper material, steel wire, etc. The scrap metal is cut short in cold state and processed into qualified burden. Gantry shearing machine has a wide range of applications. The control adopts a cartridge valve integrated system, with adjustable pressure, stable flow, reliable action, long service life, and reduced connecting pipelines and leakage points. The fuselage adopts a gantry structure: it is composed of a frame, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic power system and an electrical system. The frame is welded with high-quality steel plate, and the internal stress is eliminated by high temperature annealing. The tonnage of the pressing cylinder is realized by a piston cylinder. The cylinder body is made of high-quality 45# steel. The surface of the piston rod is quenched by medium frequency, which has a long service life. The main components of the oil cylinder adopt high-quality material sealing ring to ensure reliable sealing.
