Product Description
This product is mainly used for fire-resistance layerand temperature enhanced layer in the fire-resistant andhigh temperature-resistant cable.
Note:Special specification is available according to the requirements.
a. The fire-resistance cable that wrapped with the mica tape produced could easily pass the burning test of GB19216-2003/IEC 60331-21:1999<Tests for electric or optical fibre cables under fire conditions>.
b. It is the best quality fire proof and fire-resistant material.
c. Cable with the synthetic mica tape single layer wrapping can continue the normal circuit operating with 3 hours at 1000ºC.
d. Cable with the fire-resistant mica tape will not get fire because of the short circuit resulting from the heat of over load of the cable in 3 hours.
e. Cable with fire-resistant mica tape will reduce and prevent from producing and releasing poisonous smoke and gas when burning.
f. It has good fire,acid,alkali,corona and irradiation-resistant characteristic.
g. It has completely non-flammable and heat-resistant performance.
It should be stored in the dry and clean warehouse and the shelf life is 6 months after the manufacturing date.
