1: This pyrolysis machine is intermittent production, and the front end of the reactor opens a circular charging door. The hydraulic feeder and conveyor belt are used for feeding, and the feeding time of 15 tons of raw materials is just 1.5 hours.
2: This set of reactor use 1200 degrees of high temperature insulation material insulation, so that the main kettle insulation effect is good, fuel saving, the main kettle shell.Integrated design, convenient assembly, effective protection of thermal radiation to people and objects caused by thermal damage. . 3: This machine adopts the automatic pre-slagging method to produce carbon black, carbon black is transported to the carbon black silo through the screa auger, the sealing effect is good, no pollution. 15 tons of raw materials can produce carbon black 5.2 tons, carbon black discharge time 1 hour.
4: The oil gas cooling system of this machinet adopt the vertical condenser cooling method, which can fully cool the oil gas effect and improve the oil yield.
5: Oil tank installation is equipped oil level indicator and pump to big oil tank automatically.
6: The oil gas separator can reduces the system pressure, and the emergency exhaust valve is configured above the drum to further prevent the danger of sudden increase in system pressure.
7: water seal can make prevenent the non-condensible waste gas com back to the oil tank , ensure go to the reactor gas burners to burn efficiently ,it also guarantee the safety of the oil circuit part of the channel.
8: The excess part of the exhaust gas combustion chamber, the main role is to deal with the excess part of the furnace combustion, after the combustion of the flue gas through desulfurization and denitrification equipment for treatment, to ensure pollution-free emissions, to meet the national soot emission standards.
9: Energy consumption: water consumption 0.5T/day circulating water. Power : 20KW/hour
10 Heating method: This machine uses natural gas, pyrolysis oil and waste gas, waste water combined for combustion heating of the reactor.
