





Membrane bioreactor technology is an new sewage treatment and recycling technology, which combine membrane speration technology and traditional biotreatment technology into one part, also known as membrane bioreactor---MBR.
Compare to traditional activated sludge, MBR has the following advantage
1) 0.05 micro membrane filtering outlet water, the effluent water suspended solid and turbidity can close to zero, can be reuse directly.
2) Compare to traditional treatment system, it can save 50% land usable area;
4) The micro-organism concentration in bio-reactor can reach 5000-8000 mg/L, with high biochemistry efficiency, strong impact resistance.
5) System with high automation degree, adopt PLC control, can realize whole automatic control;

Main treatment unit:
1.Screen channel
Install Manual screen or mechanical bar screen in the screen channel,they can remove large particles in the waste water,such as plastic bag,Pericarp,Remnant,etc.
2.Equilization tank
This tank is used to adjust the wastewater quantity and quality in different time,make sure the inffluent water have the same quality,which will better for the following treatment.
3.Anoxic tank
The anoxia tank use anaerobic bacteria to hydrolysis, acidate and methanated the COD and BOD. Remove organic matter in waste water, and improve the biodegradability of sewage, is conducive to the subsequent aerobic treatment.
4.MBR bio-reaction tank
MBR bio-reaction tank and aerobic tank can be combined together.The role of aerobic tank is to make activated sludge to take on aerobic respiration,further decomposition of organic matter into inorganic matter.MBR bio-reaction tank trap activated sludge and other matters,clean water will be suck out by sucking pump.
5.Sludge tank
there are set sludge collecting hopper and sludge pipeline in sludge tank bottom, in order to convenient for sludge concentration, set weir water tank in top, there open mud discharge inlet in bottom, rely on static pressure automatic discharge mud.

5.Operation room
Details for whole plantDissolved air flotation unit : some sewage main contains large amount of suspended matters, such as paper sewage, so need use DAF unit to reduce SS content first.
Biological carrier : aerobic and anaerobic bacteria attach to biological carriers, grow and multiply, and form pellicles, they would consume organic matter during growth and reproduction, and purify wastewater.
MBR membrane bracket : MBR membrane bracket is the most important part of the whole plant, We use hollow fiber membrane, 0.05 micro membrane filtering outlet water, the effluent water suspended solid and turbidity can close to zero, can be reuse directly.The micro-organism concentration in bio-reactor can reach 5000-8000 mg/L, with high biochemistry efficiency, strong impact resistance.
Equipment room : All the electric equipment, control box, pumps, air blowers, water softener and other related equipments are installed in this room. We would install all this equipment ready before leave factory.
Aerate system : We use ABS microporous aerator, small aperture, high precision, no clogging. This aerators are placed in oxic tank to add oxygen content in water.

Scope of application

Similar processing and reuse of small and medium-sized industrial organic wastewater such as slaughtering, aquatic products processing, and food processing. The wastewater treated by this equipment has reached the Grade I B standard of the national comprehensive wastewater discharge standard.
Related products
Mechanical bar screen : used in pretreatment process, to remove large solid waste such as peel, confetti, leaves etc. This kind machine is rotary bar screen, rubbish and solids are taken out from water and sent to machien tap, then flow down to scum trap. Self clean no need to clean by worker.
Belt oil skimmer : Used in pretreatment process, to remove floating oil in wastewater. Usually used in industrial sewage which have large amount of floating oil.
Oil and grease trap : this machine effect is same as belt oil sikmmer, to remove floating oil in sewage.Usually hotel, restaurant sewage have large amount oil, need to remove in advance. If not, this oil and grease will affect the biochemical reaction.
Sludge dewatering machine : Sewage treatment process would generate large amount of sludge, his kind of sludge is very dilute and needs to be dehydrated to be able to be pulled to the drying yard for drying, or dried by drying equipment. The sludge dewatering machine include : Stacked screw sludge dewatering machine, frame filter press, belt filter press.
