After goods arrive customers' site, Haijie will send engineer team to supervise the assembling,launching and commissioning of the dredger. And will also give a traning program of the dredger function,operating and maintenance before or during dredger working. If necessary, Julong can also sign operating agreement if needed.

Normally we offer 12 months warranty and free service after the dredger successfully commissioning and hand over to customers. We have our own service team which are with mature experience and good knowledge of dredgers.  And we can also extend offer training,operating,service program with skilled enginees as per your request. If necessary, we can also extend the warranty&service time with negotiable conditions.
