PE liner: Rotation moulding or blowing one-piece seamless without leakage.
Now we have four sets of Automatic High-efficiency Hollow Blowing Machine, four sets of Three positions Rotational Machine, Eight sets of Automatic Multi-position Winding Machine and more than Ten sets of Injection Molding Machine. With these machines, we can produce 500 thousand pieces FRP tanks from diameter 6 to 30 inches , 80 thousand pieces FRP tanks from diameter 36 to 83 inches per year. The total capacity can reach 200million RMB. We have over 80 different sizes of pressure tanks from diameter 6 to 83 inch, all the products are made and tested according to international standard which have passed NSF and CE certification.
We manufacture not only for our brand, but also offer OEM service for our customers.
 
Opening: we have 2.5'' and 4'' reinforced plastic thread opening or 6'' alloy flange.
