1.Over-head suspension pull-rod type fully enclosed stress-bearing rack with strong deformation resistance. Built-in plate-shifting system inside the suspension which can perfectly prevent from sewage and corrosion. Automatic washing system set aside the main beam requires less vertical height.
2.Adopts Europe and America design standard, easy operation, long service life
3.Membrane filter plate is made of high-grade reinforced PP, low residual cake moisture 5.Feeding from both ends,high pressure dewatering,high pressure air blowing,stable separation.
6.Complete display of both sides of plate,wider view for worker for easy operation and maintenance.
7.Extra attention on satety. Control box equipped with emergency-stop and Audible and visual alarm device. Once there is fault,pilot lamp of failure position switches with buzzing sound played , the current will be cut off in the meantime. Also equipped with safety light curtain system which will stops the plate-pulling once detecting individuals at the wrong place.
