Product Introduction
Automatic cloth washing filter press system, can realize continuous operation, low pressure filter, medium pressure washing, high pressure squeeze, can greatly shorten the whole filtration cycle. Small flow at later stage, higher pressure, save labor costs, perfect efficiency and leakage protection.

Features
1.Low pressure filtration, medium pressure washing, and high pressure pressing. With that can greatly shorten the entire filtration cycle.
2.Filter pressure can reach 2.5Mpa max so that can greatly lower the residual cake moisture.
3.At later stage of the filtration, it takes less labor cost because of small flow and high pressure.
4.Membrane expression which performs second squeezing by high pressure air in a moment. Significantly efficient and perfectly anti-leakage.
5.Significantly anti-corrosion, basically can cope with any solid liquid separation.
6.High automation machine configured with PLC system and human-machine interface control which can realize unmanned operation.
7.Specially designed plate which make filter chamber changeable. Now it is successfully applied into sludge dewatering in WWTPs. Adopting an integral fusion welding structure of reinforced polypropylene lining plate and rubber plastic elastomer membrane, it is remarkably resistant to chemicals and fatigue.
8.Filter cloth regenerates quickly. With fully automatic system it can realize semi-continuous operation.
