- This machine adopts servo piston to measure & fill, the sanitary design makes it suitable for filling all kinds of liquids, liquids with certain viscosity, gel, sauce, cream & paste, with wide filling application, easy to operate & maintain.
- Piston and conveying belt driven by servo motors, with great filling accuracy & easy to dismantle for washing maintenance, very durable and reliable; filling speed & dosage can be directly adjusted on touch screen, with high filling precision & convenient operation.
- Based on material, the filler hopper can be removed for liquid self-priming, or it can be equipped with liquid level sensors and pump for auto material pumping from user's mixer or tank to our filler hopper, thus making sure continuous cream feeding and stable filling, easy to use.
- With linear and servo design, it's easy and quick to adust meet different bottles production.
- Filling nozzles with anti-drip device, which ensures no phenomena of dripping, and leakage; Filling parts are quick-jointed, easy to dismantle & maintain.
- With PLC program & touch screen man-machine interface system, no bottle no filling, auto counting, one button washing, auto fault alarming, easy to connect filling line, very convenient and easy to operate, with high degree of automation.
- The machine is mainly made of top-quality SUS304, all material contacting steel parts r SUS304 or SUS316; including the frame; Delicate and durable.
