Machine Introduction:

PCBA flux cleaning equipment for small and medium-sized production capacity. The machine is composed of cleaning system, rinsing system, drying system and filtration system. The machine uses
electricity and gas as energy sources to manually put PCBA into the cleaning room. After setting the cleaning, rinsing, drying and other related parameters on the touch screen, click to start running, and PCBA will be automatically cleaned, rinsed and dried. When the set cleaning process is finished, the operation is automatically stopped and reset in order to achieve the next workflow. The machine is very convenient for operators to clean PCBA, the chief officer to improve production efficiency and quality, belongs to a new, high-performance automatic cleaning equipment. The device uses water-based liquid or DI water as cleaning agent, which has no safety risks and does not harm personnel.

Machine Feature:

1. The outer door and inner door of the front of the machine are made of transparent tempered glass, which is convenient for the staff to observe the spraying process in the machine, and the sealing performance is good with the design of rubber edge. It is easy to clean the sediment in the liquid box, and can effectively reduce the pollution of the environment caused by gas and liquid spillover.
2. Clean the liquid tank transparent liquid level window and liquid level sign, convenient for the operator to observe
the liquid level and water quality changes at any time.
3. The machine is made of high quality SUS304 material with strong corrosion resistance and good temperature resistance.
4. Hot air drying with low noise, large air volume eddy current fan, with heating pipe, not only greatly improve the drying effect.
5. Soundproof cotton is attached to all door panels of the machine to reduce the noise of the fan and improve the working environment.
6. The liquid tank is designed with a level sensor to protect the machine from working at a normal level and prevent abnormal level at the same time.
7. The bottom of the spray chamber adopts a tilted design, so that the liquid in the chamber can be completely drained, and it is more convenient to clean and maintain
