Panasonic NPM-GH SMT Pick And Place Machine
The NPM-GH from Panasonic Corporation is a Pick and Place Machine with 16 different heads. It can accommodate PCBs measuring from 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 590 mm in dimension and the smallest component capability is of the 0201 chip. This machine has a working vision system and achieves a placement rate is greater than 50,000 cph with an accuracy of ±25 µm/chip. It integrates into production lines, ensuring non-defective item production without human intervention. This pick and place machine includes features such as automatic recovery options and real-time unit monitoring. The NPM-GH is available in an enclosure that measures 975 x 2473 x 1444 mm and delivers ultra-precise placement capabilities that minimize errors.
