High-Speed Performance: The PANASONIC Pick and Place Machine NPM-D3A achieves a maximum speed of 92,000 CPH using the lightweight 16-nozzle head V3. It ensures placement accuracy of ±37 μm.
Improved Tact Time: The lightweight 16-nozzle head V3 can move the X- and Y-axes simultaneously during component recognition. This improves placement tact time by choosing optimal pathways.
Flexible Board Handling: This machine supports both single- and multiple dual-lane operation modes. It offers a flexible board handling system to adapt to various production needs.
