Product Description
LAMELLA sewage sludge integrated treatment equipment
GERMAN TECJNOLOGY AND TECHNIQUE !! AN AUTOMATIC PLANT!!
6 FILL-PRESS-RELEASE CIRLES PER HOUR FOR THE FILTER
MAX 250 BAR PRESSURE
The separated sludge is collected in the lower part of the high-performance clarifer, from where it is pumpedby a diaphragm pump to the chamber fiter press and pressed at a pressure of 4-8 bar, The fitrate water runs into a drip tray and returns to the circuit. A moisture sensor monitors the dryness of the fiter cake.
Once the predetermined degree of dryness of the cake is reached, the diaphragm pump is stopped and the pressure released from the fiter press via the 2-way valve. The fiter plates are opened by the hydraulic cylinder and the fiter cake, encouraged by a pneumatic vibration, drops into the container below. The press then closes automatically and a new cycle begins. The fiter press runs until the sensor detects that no sludge remains in the clarifer.
The dirty water from production is collected in the reservoir. From this pool, a pump conveys all of the dirty water to the high-per-formance clarifer. Here it flows through a honeycomb system coated with a special surface. The separating out of the particles is done with a unique effectiveness achieved by no other system
The separation is physical and operates in continuous flow mode, 24 hours a day and seven days a week if required. The water is clarifed without the addition of flocculants.
