This machine features:
1. It has the function of single-piece waste rejection. When pressing tablets, the equipment will judge whether the tablet is a waste tablet according to the pressure value sensed by the pressure sensor, and judge the number of punches of the waste tablet die through the encoder. When the punch rod runs to the tablet output position, the blowing valve is opened, and the waste tablet is blown into the waste tablet channel to realize the single tablet rejection function.
2. Modular design, in which the turntable module and the upper and lower track modules can be disassembled online. The main pressure regulating module and the pre-pressure regulating module are interchangeable.
3. In line with GMP requirements, the parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel, or the surface is specially treated, non-toxic, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, not falling off, not chemically reacting with the drug, adsorbing, or releasing into the drug substance.
4. The pressure detection system is upgraded. It can detect main pressure, pre-pressure, ejection force, upper punch friction and lower punch friction.
The above detection pressure value exceeds the set value, it will alarm and stop.
5. The main pressure sensor is placed directly under the pressure wheel to directly detect the pressure of the tablet, reducing the transitional conversion link and making the pressure sensing more accurate.
6. The tablet ejection force pressure sensor is placed under the tablet ejection guide rail to directly detect the tablet force.
7. The upper and lower limit protection sensors of tablet thickness are built into the pressure adjustment module. The filling upper and lower limit protection sensors are built into the filling adjustment module. It is isolated from the tableting chamber, while taking into account the convenience of maintenance and replacement.
*The surface of the turntable is electroplated with a special coating to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
* Adopt intelligent central lubrication system to ensure that each lubrication point is fully lubricated.
*Using remote touch screen operation to reduce the number of production personnel entering and leaving the tableting room.
