3. Could I take a sample from you? Need to pay for the sample?
Re: Yes, of course, a sample is available. But the sample is twice of unit price, which will be used for material and labor costs. The extra cost could be returned once receive your order. The sample freight is covered by the buyer.
4. What's the lead time?
Re: It depends. Normally 7-15 days for a sample, full container 30 days normally, detailed delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity.
5. What's your major market for Apex?
Re: Almost all over the world. Our customers are mainly from Europe, North America, and Australia, ranging from wholesalers, retailers and supermarkets.
6. Do you have some certificates?
Re: Yes. B S C I report which shows our associate factory obeys the law, takes social responsibility, respect human rights and pay attention to environmental protection. The SGS report is available for further checking.
7. Can your factory do OEM & ODM?
Re: Yes, Apex has more than 12 years of working experience on OEM and ODM with friendly MOQ.
