Product Description

Our innovative and tailored solvent deoiling and dewaxing oil refining equipment is engineered with a state-of-the-art filtration system, providing unparalleled reliability and efficiency.
1. Dewaxing and deoiling combine into a seamless process within one integrated system, simultaneously generating dewaxed oil and paraffin. This solvent dewaxing method involves wax-laden raw oil undergoing temperature reduction in the presence of a selective solvent, causing wax to solidify into crystals. Utilizing the solvent's unique ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax insoluble or scarcely soluble, a solid-liquid phase is established, facilitating the separation of wax and oil via advanced filtration. Besides aiding selective dissolution, the solvent crucially reduces oil viscosity, thus optimizing conditions for crystal formation and filtration separation. Key factors influencing this process include solvent attributes and composition, solvent volume and addition method, cooling rate, and solvent water content.
2. During production, the solvent within the filtrate and wax necessitates recycling. Our sophisticated recovery system uses double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, ensuring efficient solvent reclamation. This evaporation process requires synchronized operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers during flash and stripping phases.
3. As the solvent circulates over time, its water content increases. To address this, the solution must be transferred to a state-of-the-art drying tower system for thorough water removal and solvent drying.




4. The meticulous cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution for solvent dewaxing and deoiling occur within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. The solution methodically cools and crystallizes as it progresses through pipes equipped with a rotating scraper, ensuring uniformity and efficiency.
5. Crystallized raw material is then directed into a vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump extracts solvent and oil, allowing wax to adhere to the filter drum. Through rotation, wax is efficiently scraped off. Given the solvent content in wax and oil, it necessitates subsequent processing in an extraction tower for comprehensive solvent recovery.
6. In the wax refining and molding phase, the wax, enriched with solvent, enters a mixing tank where clay is introduced for refining. Afterward, an automatic slag filter separates the wax from clay, producing high-quality refined wax. This refined wax is then processed in a forming machine, with options including a grain wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine. For high-output operations, deploying both types of machines ensures optimal efficiency and product versatility.
