1, Discover the seamless synergy of dewaxing and deoiling in one sophisticated set of devices. This process not only generates dewaxed oil and paraffin but also harnesses the power of solvent dewaxing, wherein wax-rich raw oil, combined with a selective solvent, is cooled to induce solid crystallization of wax. The solvent's unique properties dissolve oil while maintaining the insolubility of wax, forming a solid-liquid phase that facilitates separation via filtration. Notably, the solvent reduces oil viscosity to promote ideal conditions for crystallization and filtration. Key factors influencing this sophisticated solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include the solvent's characteristics, composition, dosage, method of addition, cooling rate, and its water content.

2, During production, it is vital to recycle the solvent found in the filtrate and wax. This recycling is achieved through double-effect or triple-effect evaporation systems, ensuring both the filtrate and wax undergo effective solvent recovery. The evaporation process requires synchrony between the low-pressure and high-pressure towers, operating harmoniously during flash evaporation and stripping.

3, After cycling the solvent for a period, its water content increases, necessitating entry into the drying tower system. Here, the solvent undergoes efficient dehydration and drying, preparing it for optimal reuse.




4. The intricate cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution within the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device occur in the advanced horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the raw material solution travels forward within the pipe, aided by an internal rotating scraper, it progressively cools and crystallizes, ensuring high-quality output.

5, Following crystallization, the raw material solution is directed into the vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump extracts the solvent and oil. The wax, adhering to the vacuum filter drum, is meticulously scraped off during rotation. Given the solvent content in the wax and oil, further processing in the extraction tower is essential to reclaim the solvent.

6, Wax refining and molding involve introducing wax with solvent into the mixing tank, where clay is added for refining. This mixture then enters the automatic slag filter to separate wax from clay, resulting in refined wax. The refined wax is then processed in the forming machine, with options for grain wax or wax block production. High-output enterprises often utilize both types of forming machines for optimal efficiency.
