1. Our innovative dewaxing and deoiling system ingeniously combines processes to deliver high-quality dewaxing oil and paraffin. By employing selective solvent dewaxing, wax-laden raw oil undergoes temperature reduction, prompting wax to solidify into crystals. This process leverages the unique property of the solvent to dissolve oil while leaving wax insoluble or less soluble, facilitating a solid-liquid phase separation. Through meticulous filtration, wax is effectively separated from oil. Notably, the solvent not only aids selective dissolution but also significantly lowers the oil's viscosity, fostering optimal conditions for crystallization and filtration separation. Key factors influencing this solvent dewaxing and deoiling process encompass solvent properties, composition, solvent addition amount and method, cooling rate, and solvent water content.
2. During production, it is critical to recycle solvents found in both the filtrate and wax. Our dual-effect or triple-effect evaporation system ensures efficient solvent recovery, operating seamlessly across low-pressure and high-pressure towers. This synchronized operation is essential during the flash and stripping phases.
3. As the solvent cycle progresses, its water content naturally increases. To maintain system efficiency, it becomes imperative to channel the solvent into the drying tower system. Here, the solvent undergoes thorough dehydration and drying, restoring its optimal state for continued use.




4. The cooling and crystallization of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling raw material solution occur within the sophisticated horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the solution moves along the pipe with a rotating scraper inside, it gradually cools and crystallizes, ensuring uniformity and high-quality separations.
5. Once crystallized, the raw material solution enters the vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump efficiently extracts the solvent and oil. Wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum and is meticulously scraped off through rotation. Given the solvent presence in both wax and oil, the solution proceeds to the extraction tower for solvent removal.
6. For wax refinement and molding, the solvent-laden wax enters a mixing tank where clay is added for refinement. The mixture is then transferred to an automatic slag filter for wax and clay separation, yielding pristine refined wax. For final formation, refined wax advances to the molding machine - choose either a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine. High-output enterprises often opt for both to maximize production efficiency and versatility.
