1, Our state-of-the-art dewaxing and deoiling process ingeniously integrates within a single set of devices, simultaneously producing refined dewaxed oil and high-quality paraffin. Utilizing solvent dewaxing, raw wax-containing oil is exposed to a selective solvent, which lowers the temperature, inducing the formation of wax crystals. These crystals benefit from the solvent's ability to dissolve oil while keeping wax less soluble, creating distinct solid-liquid phases. Through precise filtration, this process achieves efficient separation of wax from oil. The solvent not only selectively dissolves but also reduces oil viscosity, facilitating optimal conditions for crystallization and filtration. Key process influencers include solvent characteristics and composition, the quantity and method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and solvent's water content, all meticulously considered for premium results.

2, During production, recycling the solvent from the filtrate and wax is essential. Our innovative solvent recovery system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, allowing simultaneous operation of low-pressure and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping stages.

3, Over time, solvent cycling increases water content, necessitating entry into the sophisticated drying tower system. Here, water is efficiently removed, ensuring the solvent is thoroughly dried and ready for reuse.




4. The cooling and crystallization phase of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device's raw material solution is expertly executed within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the solution flows forward inside a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, it steadily cools and crystallizes, ensuring seamless processing.

5, Once crystallized, the raw material solution is fed into the vacuum filter. Here, a powerful vacuum pump extracts the solvent and oil, while wax is skillfully adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum. Through rotation, wax is scraped off; given the presence of solvent in both wax and oil, they are directed into the extraction tower for solvent retrieval.

6, In wax refining and molding, any solvent within the wax must enter the mixing tank where it combines with clay for refining. After clay separation via an automatic slag filter, the refined wax is reintroduced into the forming machine. Our dual-option forming machines include a grain wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine, with high-output operations typically opting for both, ensuring maximum efficiency and product quality.
