Brief Introduction:
The CD or MD model electric hoist is a versatile lifting solution designed for heavy-duty applications. Ideal for lifting large items, it can be seamlessly integrated into straight or curved I-beam setups of single beam cranes. Additionally, it can operate in tandem with Electric Hoist Double beam gantry cranes and jib cranes. Crafted as a monorail wire rope electric hoist, the CD or MD model represents light-duty lifting excellence. Boasting a compact design with light weight and minimal volume, it ensures ease of use and broad functionality. When incorporating reducers featuring hard gear surfaces, this hoist delivers extended durability and superior mechanical efficiency.
The CD model electric hoist features a singular lifting speed, whereas the MD model boasts dual-speed lifting. This dual-speed mechanism allows for precise and smooth lifting operations, enhancing accuracy and stability.

Gear Box: The Hoist Gear Box is engineered with specially treated gears for exceptional wear resistance, and each geared shaft assembly operates on ball or roller bearings for smooth, frictionless performance.
Rope Guide: Designed in two halves for easy access, the Rope Guide fully encircles the drum to prevent rope uncoiling, even when unloaded.
Hook: Featuring a closed-type design for heightened safety, the hook is meticulously crafted from special high-quality steel.
Rope drum: Constructed from cast iron and seamless steel tubing, its welded steel plate shell encases the pivotal drum device at the heart of the hoist.
