The Production Line consists of 3 parts:
*2 sets of machine for glass edging and polishing,
*1 table for glass transfering.
In addition, a glass loading table with or without measuring function can be arranged. 
It can process pencil edge coarse grinding, (polishing,) straight-line grooving or clipped corner.
If needed, it can process trapezoid glass with pneumatic design.
It is widely applied to fridge shelves, oven panel, and other home appliances glass.

1. For a more complete processing requirement, our Double Edging Line can be linked with automatic cutting machine, glass detecting machine, glass washing machine, or other glass processing machine.
An automatic glass loading table with suction cups can be arranged.
2. Quantity of grinding wheels can be range from 2 to 11, according to customer's request.
Functional for flat edge and arris grinding, pencil edge, or both.
3. L-shaped and Linear-shaped glass transfer table for option.
We can design the ideal solution for you according to your plant layout and the size of glass.
4. Servo motor on width opening or on conveying system can be arranged for higher accuracy.
