This machine is mainly used for perfume, disinfectant, repellent liquid, jelly water, rhinitis spirit, athlete'sfoot doctor, burn spray, watermelon frost sprays and other products of automatic flling and capping.
Performance feature:
1. PLC control system, color touch screen display.
2. This machine has function of no botle no fling (only peristaltic pump)/ no adding pump/ no adding outer cap (f has outer cap)
3. Peristaltic pump or piston pump measuring (if use piston pump, when the flling volume difference is large, the corre-spondina pump bodv needs to be replaced), pneumatic adding cap, liftina screw capping. Has advantaces of accuratefilling, smooth screw capping, and simple operation.
4. Cap positioning device, makes sure plastic pipe which is longer or curved could go to bottleneck accurately.
5. FIling nozzles dive into botles to fil and rise slowiy to prevent foaminq. Catch type flexible screw lic/head, adiustable ticthtness6. Machine shell is made of 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
